Job Description:
- Learn our applicant tracking system and HRIM system
- Assist with projects
- Shadow members of the Human Resources team; payroll, talent acquisition, benefits, and human resource management.
- Copy data and compile records and reports.
- Assist with Human Resource initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate program. Preferred areas of study includes Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Communications, and more.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Willingness and motivation to work with a team
