Host Family Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic person to join the team at the EF Boston Campus and make an impact on the way we run and manage our host family program. Hosts welcome our students, who hail from over 100 countries, and are a vital part of our School community. Reporting to the Host Family Manager, you will work together to develop and execute a recruitment and marketing plan.
In this position, you will have the ability to build relationships with homestay hosts, manage your own time schedule and have global visibility within our international company. The ideal candidate is one who is looking to improve communication skills and enhance knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques, as well as push efforts of community involvement.

• Must be available to work occasional weekends and evenings (seasonally)
• Clean Driving report and license
Responsibilities:
• Preform daily telemarketing and email follow up
• Act as the customer care representative for Host Family phone calls and inquiries
• Create and follow the host family recruitment plan
• Develop Host Family community through social media, rewards programs, and special events
• Work off-site for promotional recruitment street actions, events, fairs, and leafleting
• Visit prospective hosts to determine their suitability and complete visit forms with great attention to detail
• Ensure all hosts’ questions are answered and they are given appropriate documentation
• Track weekly recruitment statistics
• Ensure a high level of customer support service to host families and international students
• Processes & maintains homestay provider records
• Shares emergency on-call duties with other school staff
