Job Description:
The individual in this position will be responsible for providing the voice of Palmini across social media platforms. They will be responsible for scouting opportunities to increase brand exposure and finding potential influencers for the brand. They will be responsible for responding to comments and creating content.
Duties:
-Scheduling and posting content across Palmini social channels (Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook)
-Engaging with customers on social media
-Planning and developing social media campaigns
-Being on top of the latest social media trends
-Design content marketing strategies and set goals
-Collaborate with design team to produce high quality content
-Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
-Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
-Prospect and negotiate influencer partnerships
-Build positive relationship with each influencer
-Create influencer content calendar to drive brand awareness and engagement
-Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for the industry and the business coupled with a “can-do” attitude
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Demonstrates excellent project management skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized to perform effectively.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Start date ASAP.
- Must be in Florida and available to commute to work.
Compensation:
- Full-time position.
- Compensation $50,000 (US Currency, Salary) + $10,000 Bonus
