Department: Division Director Administration
Paygrade 110 - Minimum starting salary: $55,452.38 with excellent benefits


Summary function: Serves as the communication liaison between the IT departments, both development and operations and all interested stakeholders. Stakeholders include Sr, Management, end-user staff members, committee members and Board members. Using a variety of reporting mechanism, this position will be expected to provide routine project updates to Sr. Management and staff end-users, impact analysis, status updates or other required information to committees with approved technology-based projects and routine status reports to the Board of Governors on all approved technology-based projects. The individual in this position needs to be an excellent communicator who is capable of breaking down highly technical principles into simple terms understandable to a non-technical audience.
Required minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in communications, English, public relations, technology/computer or related field (proof of degree required at interview).
Required minimum professional work experience: Three (3) to (5) five years, demonstrated experience with communicating progress on individual technology projects and departmental priorities to interested stakeholders as well as capture and communicate customer needs to IT for solution evaluation and implementation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work with various IT staff members with approved projects to stay apprised of progress towards milestones and assist in resolving obstacles and manage expectations.
Plan client meetings by anticipating needs as driven by the work plan, coordinate meetings with key users, and document key questions to be answered throughout the engagement.
Produce project documentation, research briefs, meeting materials, analysis, graphics, best practice presentations, benchmark info and interim and final deliverables.
Create work plans including resource requirements, risk mitigation requirements, project approach, and timeline for routine updates to be reviewed with clients and Executives.
Produce reports, presentations, blogs, case studies, and other required efforts for use with or by Sr. Management.
Manage outage and maintenance notifications.
Create and maintain meaningful relations with clients and stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.

Additional information:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
