Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a fast environment where they are responsible for setting and attaining their own goals. Must be very interested in earning high income.

·        At Florida universities, a Bachelor's Degree intentions in business, finance and communications.

·        Excellent communicator and must be able to spend several hours a day talking to farmers.

·        Must be internally motivated and able to work independently.

·        Work experience involving customer relations is a plus, but not required.

·        Must have excellent communication skills over the phone.
