Project Manager for iOS Mobile App (iOS, Swift, SwiftUI, Firebase) (Remote-paid internship)
*To Qualify, you must have some experience with iOS development (Swift, SwiftUI)
Also helpful if you know Firebase, Cloud Functions.
Learning Objectives:
- As an Mobile App Team Project Manager Intern, you will learn skills to effectively manage a team of software engineers. (Agile, Scrum, Jira).
- You will be functioning as a Scrum Master and be assigning project tickets to our team on the Jira platform.
- By hands-on participating and working on a mobile app development team, you will improve upon your analytical thinking skills. You will also develop professional career skills as a SCRUM Master working in the Agile development method.
Skills Involved:
- MUST KNOW some Swift, SwiftUI, Firebase, Cloud Functions.
- SCRUM Master
- Agile Development environment.
- You will become proficient with the Jira task management platform
- You will be coordinating Sprint planning
- Our enjineering team works in Swift, SwiftUI, Firebase and Figma
You will be the Project Manager/Scrum Master of a team of iOS Mobile App Developers/Engineers and UI/UX Designers and Marketers.
• As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will participate in managing our nobile app software development project (utilizing Jira) in order to help our engineering and design team complete the build of an app for restaurants.
• If desired, we pay for your training to gain new Scrum master/project manager skills.
Requirements
• Familiar with iOS mobile app development (Swift, SwiftUI, Firebase, Cloud Functions)
• Familiar with project management platforms (We use Jira)
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• You have a goal oriented mind and can communicate task priorities to keep the project on track and on time.
• You are driven to make our team and app successful.
• High degree of initiative and a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities and skills
• Manage the Jira board tickets and timelines to support the team.
• Gather data and evaluate team member performance.
• Collaborate with our team on Zoom meetings.
• Prepare and present ideas.
• Identify challenges and and propose solutions.
• Work with the company owner to achieve objectives.
• Ensure that team members understand tasks and meets timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiar with iOS mobile app development (Swift, SwiftUI, Firebase, Cloud Functions)
- A Student currently in a Computer Science program.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Have passion and curiosity about computer science
- Interested in learning about new technologies
- You are a problem solver
- You like to work collaboratively

We are a tech development company launching an iOS mobile app in the Apple App Store to connect restaurant guests with restaurant servers via their iPhones and Apple watches. Our company is based in Boca Raton, Florida. Our team works both onsite and remote and collaborates daily over Zoom.
