Marketing Communications Analyst
The Marketing Communications Analyst is a multi-faceted role responsible for supporting the development of Talento’s marketing department and executing marketing plans, including the creation of branded content for the sales and marketing teams across social media channels, communications, email campaigns and copywriting. They provide support to the Talento team with marketing resources that support lead generation and build revenue to fuel Talento’s growth to $100M in revenue by 2025 and $1B by 2030.

The Role 

A Marketing Communications Specialist is part of a growing marketing department. Their role is to develop greater awareness of the current market through copywriting, branded resources and strategic campaigns to position us uniquely in the market with strong branded messaging on digital platforms and in resource decks that support sales teams. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will contribute to catapulting the organization to $100M in revenue by 2025. 

Content Planning & Development 

Responsible for creating innovative sales & marketing collateral and brand assets to be duplicated across digital channels, blogs, newsletters, social media, print and email marketing campaigns. The Marketing Communications Specialist will follow market trends and research customer behaviors to build a comprehensive content portfolio that drives digital traffic and lead generation.  

Social Media 

  • Build creative and unique monthly social media content to support Talento’s campaign initiatives based on target customers. 
  • Execute engaging social media content to drive website traffic and convert users into leads.  

Digital Campaigns 

  • Provide creative support for strategic marketing campaigns through written and creative assets to include in campaign execution. 
  • Story tell Talento’s experience building a relationship with target audiences by creating catered messaging based on the end user’s unique needs.  
  • Implement a storyline through our campaigns based on our company experience to connect with the audience.  

Blogs & Website Content 

  • Utilize industry research and customer understanding to write interesting blog articles that show thought leadership in the recruiting and human capital space. 
  • Work alongside the marketing manager to build optimized blogs to generate web traffic and capture leads for our sales team.  
  • Develop free resources and brand assets for our website that create value to website visitors and generate leads - using forms to download and other digital marketing tactics.  

Newsletters 

  • Build quarterly newsletters to engage our current audience and provide market insights and Talento updates.  
  • Conduct regular internal and market research to create meaningful outreach to our current audience through drip campaigns and newsletters.  

Copywriting 

  • Create copywriting for marketing communications and collateral including social media, email, blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns.  
  • Organize content library with all content, copywriting files and creative files, organized by industry and vertical.  

Experience and knowledge requirements for the Specialist, Marketing: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or a human resources-related field preferred 
  • Advanced copywriting skills 
  • Conceptual writing to enhance brand positioning and grow brand awareness 
  • Ability to develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies independently 
  • Passionate about enabling businesses through talent acquisition 
  • Track record of problem solving through critical thinking with a positive attitude 
  • Driven by collaboration, learning, doing the right thing and quality human interaction 
  • Ability to retain information and continuously apply knowledge to produce results 
  • Desire to continuously develop and grow and pride in delivering quality work, every time 
  • Fluent in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
