Social Media Intern

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Intern to join the Kiki Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a desire to learn and develop their skills within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, curate and publish content for social media channels including Instagram & Facebook
  • Monitor and engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase followers
  • Analyze social media data and provide regular reporting to the marketing team
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure cohesive and effective social media strategies
  • Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field
  • Experience managing social media platforms (personal or professional)
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g. Later, Canva)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for social media and the hospitality industry
This is a paid internship with a competitive hourly rate. The internship will be for a duration of 4 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
