Join Mi Casa Team, as a Community Manager!

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative university student to join our team as a Community Manager. You will be responsible for managing our social media accounts and promoting the Mi Casa Team brand, creating engaging content and maintaining a strong online presence. If you are passionate about social media, have exceptional communication skills, and love interacting with the online community, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create original and engaging content that promotes our brand and attracts our target audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community reach and engagement on our social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency of brand voice and message across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • University student (preferably in Marketing, Communication, or related fields).
  • Previous experience in social media management or similar roles is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and industry best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work autonomously.
  • Passion for social media and knowledge of the latest online trends.
