Assistant (Office of Sven Patzer)

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a hardworking individual seeking hands-on experience in the fast-paced startup environment. As an unpaid Executive Assistant to HypeSnagger CEO, Sven Patzer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding operations while gaining valuable knowledge and skills sought after by most employers. This position involves working closely with Mr. Patzer as well as other senior managers, which means dedication, professionalism, and flexibility are essential qualities to bring to the table. Full time position possible at end of internship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing daily tasks assigned by Mr. Patzer such as scheduling calls/meetings, email management, internal communication facilitation, and preparing meeting materials
• Participating in company events, representing the CEO when necessary and providing support during preparations or execution of those events
• Providing support in research activities related to potential partnerships and initiatives
• Partnering with external vendors to maintain positive relationships and address service issues or concerns
• Performing administrative functions to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
