Community Manager - remote
Shift Markets was founded in 2009, as a leader in traditional finance and the FX space. Sensing the seismic shifts taking place in the financial industry and recognizing the disruptive power of digital assets, we made it our mission to make these decentralized trends accessible to every business, from market leaders to small retailers.
We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Marketing team for a Community Manager. As our Community Manager, you will be creating content across all of our social channels and driving engagement across all platforms. Qualified candidates for this social media role have in-depth knowledge of the digital asset space, including crypto and defi.
Responsibilities
• Create unique content for our social channels to promote our brand
• Develop & implement strategies to drive engagement
• Monitor performance metrics & adjust strategies as needed
• Contribute to marketing collateral for the sales team
• Work cross-functionally on recruitment marketing projects
Requirements
• Excellent English grammar & writing skills
• Strong writer who doesn’t rely on AI to generate content
• Ability to understand our products & create compelling content
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative thinker & problem solver
• Excels in a dynamic, remote based environment
Qualifications
• Experience with blockchain/crypto/web3.0 marketing is required
• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing or community management
• Experience with social media tools & analytics
• Bachelor’s degree
This is a full-time, remote-based position. Compensation depends on experience and ranges from $50,000 to $70,000.
