Entry-level engineers begin their careers with basic design tasks and inspection duties, with the supervision of senior-level engineers along the way. This can quickly evolve into large-scale tasks including but not limited to building modeling, project management, and developing client relationships; all depending on the engineer's efforts and capabilities. We have a 'promote-within' mentality whenever possible, your growth within BNI is limited only by your passion and drive.
Backed by a team of over 70 members, incoming engineers are quickly immersed in their new
careers. BNI's fast-paced and 'hands-on' approach allows engineers to grow both professionally and technically. With open layouts and a family atmosphere, young engineers are always able to engage with fellow colleagues, including senior engineers and principals. The development of young talent is always a priority and BNI has invested heavily in the latest engineering software, in-house spreadsheets, and BIM technology to make this a reality.
