Operations Support Coordinator

The Role
When you work in operations at EF, you play a vital role in fulfilling our company mission: Opening the World through Education. As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting internal operations and improving productivity within our growing business. You will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to ensure process and procedures operate at a high level of efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. Additionally, you will work with external suppliers to manage group layover accommodations, hotel block details, and airport transfers.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Process tour requests such as tour extensions and customized activities
  • Oversee and process late traveler enrollments
  • Consolidate pre-tour rooming assignments and liaise information with hotel suppliers
  • Arrange accommodations and airport transfers for groups traveling internationally with a domestic layover
  • Collaborate with our Product team to update tour specifications, components, and tour optional details
  • Conduct periodic systems and supplier information audits for data accuracy
  • Assist our Procurement team with supplier contract management
  • Liaise with EF Language Schools and Campuses to ensure that group information and itinerary details are accurate
  • Provide support to other teams and departments when needed
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 0-1 years’ experience
  • Experience managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Able to think critically and creatively to problem solve under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills, both oral and written
  • A self-directed, results oriented, team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
