Influencer Marketing Internship
Our internship program is designed to introduce students to the world of communications. Interns are assigned a mentor who will help them learn the day-to-day tasks involved in working with multiple agency clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of influencer programs by identifying influencers and list building to product seeding and capturing final content on Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
- Update and maintain master influencer database
- Source for new and emerging influencers
- Conduct research to identify emerging digital trends and potential partnerships that align with the lifestyle consumer brands’ strategy
- Support team members with the coordination of events
- Assist with the compilation of end-of-campaign recaps for submission to the lifestyle consumer brands
- Participate on brainstorming sessions for new and existing clients
Skills & Requirements:
- Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior passionate about a career in public relations or communications
- Ability to commit 15-20 hours a week from Monday through Thursday with working hours being from 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Interest in media, fashion, and social media platforms
- Creative with strong writing skills
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
More about Nike Communications, Inc. Internship Program:
The internship is scheduled to start in September and end in December with flexibility to end sooner depending on the intern’s academic schedule. Interns are expected to work from our New York office twice a week with most teams being in the office from Tuesday to Thursday. To enhance the internship, we created additional programming that provides access to our leadership team and members on other teams! The payrate for this internship is $15.50/hour and is eligible for college credit if applicable. We also work with international students on student visas! For these students, we would need to finalize all paperwork (I-94, I-20, and CPT forms) before August 15th.
