About the Role
Are you an experienced graphic designer looking to take your creative passion to the next level? Morley is looking for its next Graphic Designer who can bring creative vision to life.
In this remote position, you will work with Morley’s award-winning in-house Creative team to translate business goals into innovative, meaningful viral brand experiences.
You will be the all-important “last touch” for the visual services our team produces for digital, interactive, social and viral. With a strong understanding of color theory, composition and layout principles, you’ll turn concepts into inspired storytelling and create performance-driven designs that resonate, motivate and grow our brand and the brands of our Fortune 500 clients.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and complete artwork for print and digital media, ensuring that work goes out the door error-free and ready to impress internal and client audiences
- Hands-on creation of high-quality, compelling designs for:
- Web and mobile apps
- Large-format graphics
- Interactive documents
- Proposals and Presentations
- Multimedia pieces
- Traditional printed marketing materials
- Provide image retouching and manipulation
- Package and prepare files for release to printers
- Maintain production files, including fonts, images, logos and other artwork
- Improve processes as new and streamlined tactics become apparent
- Work collaboratively with Creative Director, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Creative Production Coordinators and cross-departmental teams, autonomously to understand and serve client business needs
- Manage multiple projects at once while meeting all deadlines, prioritizing work to accommodate tight timelines required by clients in both Eastern and Pacific time zones
- Ensure brand consistency while offering fresh design approaches to creative deliverables
- Keep up to date with trends across culture, design, technology, e-commerce, social media, graphic design, photography, and video; propose new ideas; and share insights with the team

Skills for Success
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud design apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, especially PowerPoint
- Excellent visual communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design, typography, color theory and layout
- Proven ability to adapt design styles and apply branded style guides with consistency
- Able to execute the design of creative concepts and assure sound pre-press production
- Strong attention to detail and creative process workflows
- Exceptional typography skills
- A positive, self-starter attitude with a desire to work in a fast-paced, low-ego environment
Eligibility Requirements
- BA in Graphic Design or related degree/education
- Five years of experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
- An inspiring portfolio that demonstrates your passion for great design, stylistic breadth, attention to detail and intuitive usability through thoughtful, beautiful and strategic creative solutions
- Able to travel as needed
Nice to Have
- Motion design skills
- 3D and animation
- Basic knowledge of web builders
Remote Work Requirements
- Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Florida, Indiana, Nevada, Georgia, Texas or South Carolina resident
