Group Manager, Cultural Resources

Job Summary:
Trileaf is seeing a Group Manager to lead the Cultural Resources Group. This individual should have applied knowledge of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), specifically related to telecommunications projects and experience leading a team of Cultural Resources Specialists. This position will be at our Corporate Office in St. Louis, MO, however we are open to this person being located at one of our other offices nationwide.
Essential Job Functions:
· Managing the Cultural Resources team
· Development and oversight of Project Managers
· Completing report reviews and QA/QC
· Ensuring timely deliverables for Cultural Resources reports
· Marketing to new and existing clients
· Hiring, training, and development of staff
· Preparation of proposals and oversight of complex projects such as balloon tests, NR nominations, and archaeological monitoring
· Oversight of continued profitability of the group, ensuring appropriate team and resource allocation
· Performance reviews, and salary/promotion recommendations
· Resolution of invoice issues
· End of year summary data and financial projections
· Maintain and improve training materials
· Oversight of the team’s monthly and yearly financial status
Basic Qualifications:

- SOI Qualified
- 2+ years management experience
- Strong work ethic
- Valid Driver License
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Good computer skills
- Be an independent worker dedicated to excellence
- Knowledge of complex projects
Education:
- Master’s degree in archaeology, architectural history, or anthropology

Salary: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
