Architectural Designer

We are looking for an adaptive, capable individual with experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop & Illustrator software to assist us with producing and preparing drawings packages for multiple prospective and ongoing projects. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining extensive knowledge from all aspects of architectural projects from initial design through to construction. We currently have a 24-story mixed-use residential tower that is wrapping up and another one immediately next to it that is beginning construction! The ideal candidate would be a degree-seeking, or recent graduate, of architecture or a related field. Previous experience in an architectural office is not required but would be preferable. 

1. Currently studying, or graduated, in Architecture or a related field. 

2. Know how to navigate, and familiar with, the Florida Building Code / Miami 21 Zoning Code

3. Be comfortable with executing drawings and plotting procedures/methods in AutoCAD. 

4. Have working knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator (a plus)
