ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a versatile Designer with experience in Graphic Design and 3D Design to support our creative team in conceptualizing events. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and a deep understanding of design principles.
In this role, you will create engaging and on-brand graphics for onsite, remote, and hybrid events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop designs, including but not limited to environments, broadcast graphics, motion graphics, advertisements, social media content, website assets, marketing collateral, and print materials.
- Prepare and deliver design files in appropriate formats for various mediums and platforms.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Designer, with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in both Graphic Design and 3D Design.
- Ability to think creatively, generate original ideas, and translate them into visually compelling designs.
- Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Rhino, AutoCAD), and rendering software (e.g., KeyShot, V-Ray).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field is a plus
