Traffic/Transportation Engineering Intern
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Traffic/Transportation Team.
- Collaborate with project managers to solve complex problems.
- Gain valuable real-life experience in consulting.
- Prepare plans associated with highway and roadway design, traffic control plans, signing and pavement marking plans, traffic signal design, traffic impact analysis and all supporting documentation.
- Design and prepare plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation/InRoads (Open Roads Designer) software.
Requirements
- Applicants must be in their sophomore year (2nd year) of their college program or higher.
- Applicants must be in the pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree from an ABET Accredited University in one of the following majors:
- Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
- Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical
- Agricultural Engineering
- Engineering Technology and/or Industrial Distribution
- Ability to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and clear motor vehicle report.
