Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an Entry-Level Civil/Structural Bridge Engineer to assist on a variety of public and private sector infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will work in the Northeast Bridges & Structures group of the Company’s Infrastructure Division on various projects including new or rehabilitated highway, rail and pedestrian bridges and culverts, retaining walls and temporary structures for contractors.
- Responsibilities will include the preparation of a variety of engineering analyses and computations, CAD drawings, technical reports and cost estimates.
- Close coordination with your engineering peers in the highway/traffic, construction inspection and water resource divisions.
- Occasional field work and bridge inspection duties may be required.
- Opportunities to experience and participate in the design of structural projects for other related Infrastructure Division departments including Rail, Waterway Structures and Hydropower.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 0-2 years’ experience
- EIT certification preferred
- Ability to work in a professional team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness for continued learning
- Knowledge of NYSDOT, AASHTO and AREMA design codes a plus
- Knowledge using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation a plus
