Job Details
- GPA above 3.4 (please include GPA on resume to be considered)
- Preferably pursuing degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related major
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Very basic HTML experience (Desired)
- Facebook account with over 100 friends (Only used to verify web understanding)
- Twitter account with over 25 followers (Only used to verify web understanding)
- Stays up to date on new changes to the web and actively reads several blogs
Duties & Responsibilities
- Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week
- Consult with social media specialists on a regular basis to discuss client feedback, create content, and report on social media campaign performance
- Research and create online βbuyer personasβ
- Create programs that leverage earned, owned, and paid media elements
- Develop social media editorial calendars
- Assist in the development of creative/assets for social channels
- Ability to manage content creation workflow independently
About the Position
This position is flexible with hours and days. Interns will enjoy their own work space, and computer, along with the ability to wear jeans/casual dress to work each day. Letters of recommendation are provided along with the ability to learn valuable digital marketing skills.
Please note that this is an on-site internship, based at our headquarters in Harrisburg, PA.
Compensation
- $17-$18 per hour
