Your New Role
As an Intern on the Design Management Infrastructure team you will help to further the operational and creative project fulfillment of the image delivery workflow for Warner Bros Discovery streaming services. In working with the Manager, Infrastructure and attending daily meetings, the Intern will assist in the ongoing process of image deliveries, backfill projects, and special QC assignments. The role will also help innovate and develop more efficient workflows for the overall image strategy.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Attend regular operational and project fulfillment meetings.
- Review images and provide feedback on assets delivered for projects.
- Create and update existing documentation and presentations for current and future creative projects.
- Create and maintain tracking boards for all projects, including reporting on metrics for all projects.
- Participate in user training and tool feedback sessions.
- Conduct QA development testing and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Experience
- A passion for technology and working with images in a complex asset management workflow.
- A keen interest in project management and the key art creative fulfillment process.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A creative problem solver.
- Experience working within Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, Box.com, and Monday.com is a plus.
- Study in Design, Marketing, or Acquisitions Marketing is a plus.
- An passion for Movies and TV.
- Working on a Design, Marketing, Library Sciences or other creative degree.
- Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
- Must be a rising Junior, Senior or Graduate Student (18 years or older)
- Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)
- Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

The duration of the program is 11 weeks
Program dates:
- Start Date: January 29th
- End Date: April 19th
Interns will be expected to work 16-24 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
Interviewing will take place from October through mid-December. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $19 per hour USD for undergrad interns, $25 per hour USD for graduate level interns.
