Your New Role
As a Photo Editor Intern of the Worldwide TV Marketing, you'll learn the ins and outs of how a studio photo team utilizes marketing materials of tentpole television titles. You'll be introduced to how assets such as unit photography, key arts, gallery images are needed for other internal teams such as Publicity, Servicing, Social, Home Entertainment and Consumer Products. You'll develop knowledge of management systems such as DF Studio and broaden your understanding of how a photo is created on set from start to finish.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Works with international partners on sharing marketing materials for WB produced titles
- Assists in selecting unit photography, key art, and logo assets for media and internal requests
- Supports Photo Leads with acquiring and ingesting assets to B2B and DAM
- Lights retouching and color correction in photoshop
- Distribution of marketing materials
- Develops knowledge of DF Studio and NEST
Qualifications & Experience
- Basic retouching skills: ability to do perform minor cleanup, color, and contrast adjustment
- Experience with Photoshop
- Asset Management experience
- Familiarity with working on a MAC platform
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently, maintain calm and project an upbeat attitude under pressure
- Well organized and able to prioritize while juggling multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners
- Able to handle confidential information
- Willing to work as a team and be available to all in department
- Able to problem solve
- Passion for photography
- Must possess solid organization, effective time management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be actively enrolled in a U.S. accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
- Must be a rising Junior, Senior or Graduate Student (18 years or older)
- Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)

The duration of the program is 11 weeks
Program dates:
- Start Date: January 29th
- End Date: April 19th
Interns will be expected to work 16-24 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
Interviewing will take place from October through mid-December. A WBD team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Rate: $19 per hour USD for undergrad interns, $25 per hour USD for graduate level interns.
