Paid Graduate Fellowship

Get your career started on the right foot! Our 6-month paid graduate fellowship program helps recent college graduates begin their new career in an agency setting. As a fellow, you will have the opportunity to work directly on client work, learn from hands-on mentors, participate in our fellowship-specific professional development, work alongside full-time professionals, as well as other grads and interns. While all fellows will gain exposure to integrated marketing communications as a whole, each fellowship is focused on one of the following areas: client service, copywriting, design, digital content, paid media/ad operations, project management/production. Two fellowship sessions are offered each year: January 1-June 30 & July 1 -December 31.

Qualifications:
Applicants should be college juniors or seniors and able to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Applicants will be asked to include portfolio samples of their work, with the exception of project management/production.

Client service:
Applicants should have a background in public relations, journalism, advertising, marketing, or communications. Applicants should exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Work will include drafting a variety of documents (media releases, backgrounders, FAQs, creative briefs, creative spec sheets, reports, media lists, meeting agendas and notes), coordinating with other departments and vendors, media relations, etc.

Copywriting: 
Applicants should have a background in copywriting, advertising, professional writing or other related writing degree programs. Applicants should exhibit strong written and concepting skills. Work will include concepting and brainstorming campaign ideas, writing copy for digital and traditional advertising. Portfolio required.

Design: 
Applicants should have a background in graphic design, film/motion or web design (UI and UX). All applicants must have working knowledge of applicable Creative Cloud software. Film/motion applicants should have working knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Premiere or Apple Final Cut Pro (Lightwave, Maya, Cinema 4D a plus). Web Design applicants should have working knowledge of Sketch (or similar application), InVision (or similar application) and Flowmapp (or similar application). Strong portfolios displaying concept and execution are required.

Digital content: 
Applicants should have a background in digital communications, social media, public relations, journalism, advertising, marketing, or communications. Applicants should exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Work will include drafting a variety of written content for social media, blogs, email and web. Familiarity with all social platforms is required, familiarity with WordPress or Hubspot is preferred. 

Paid media/ad operations: 
Applicants should have a background in data analytics, advertising, marketing, communications or public relations with coursework or interest in paid media. Work will include providing support for omnichannel (traditional, programmatic, social, digital) media planning, buying, trading, insights and reporting. 

Project management/production:
Applicants should have a background in creative media production, public relations, journalism, advertising, marketing, communications, business or accounting. Applicants should exhibit strong communication skills, proven time management skills, and be highly organized and proactive. Work will include keeping projects on time, in budget and in scope. Additionally, this role organizes and coordinates production shoots and integrated projects from start to finish including vendor and contract management.

Pay: $15/hour

Location: We offer hybrid (in office & work from home) internships in our Oklahoma City HQ community and Tulsa, OK market community. We offer fully remote internships in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas.
