Primary Responsibilities:

 

As a process engineering co-op you will be learning and developing your skills as an engineer whilst delivering results within R&D for the Baby Food business.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Support R&D equipment & process qualification and validations through qualification protocol creation and execution.
  • Assist product development, engineering and operations team with R&D Pilot Plant trial planning and execution.
  • Collect and analyze Pilot Plant trial data and make appropriate observations/recommendations to project team.
  • Support new processing equipment design and development.
  • Support qualification and industrialization of new commercial processing lines at a factory.

 

Qualifications:

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline
  • Preferred graduation year of 2025 or 2026
  • Six to eight months preferred – start date flexible, ideally June/July 2024
