What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited school in Electrical Engineering with a GPA over 2.95
  • Proof of United States Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance

The skills/experience we want to see:

  • Interest and projects in infrastructure and/or cooling & heating plant operations projects. Also, interest with natural gas infrastructure projects and utility plant compressed air system
  • Successful completion of projects (school related experience is accepted) monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, redesign assignments, and programming building management controls
  • Understanding of evaluation processes for existing and proposed building environment systems with a focus on improving reliability, improving occupant comfort, and reducing operation and maintenance expenses
  • Knowledge of building energy audits, commissioning or retro-commissioning
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering plans and specifications
