Junior Graphic Designer

Alta is currently looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer that has a keen sense of design and creativity, to help elevate the Alta brand further.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce compelling designs for digital and print material, including social media posts, flyers, presentations, advertisements, and apparel.
Work closely with the design team to ensure that design and marketing materials are cohesive and effectively communicate the message.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, ensuring that all designs are fresh and engaging.
Collaborate with team members to create and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Coordinate and prioritize design and marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and hitting deadlines.
When necessary, attend and contribute to team brainstorming sessions at Alta Headquarters, in Round Rock.
When necessary, acts as photographer for sales training and recruiting events, occasional travel required.

Required Qualifications:

4 years of experience in graphic design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Some video editing experience.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
Driven, self-starter who can work remotely with the ability to hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to take direction and open to feedback of work.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work.
