Architectural Position
The Job: Seeking Full-Time Architectural Associate (AA) to work on renovation projects involving existing commercial and educational buildings.
Collaborate: Working with the Project Manager and Team, the AA will provide architectural technical design and construction administration for projects.
Develop: Produce and review specifications, drawings, and other contract documents, as required.
Coordinate: Provide support to the project and related disciplines during the design and construction phases.
This Position will Provide the Following Opportunities for You:
- Hands-on practical Architecture and Design experience.
- Professional development hours required for Architectural licensure.
- Experience with researching, selecting, and specifying materials and finishes.
- Experience with document development, code review, planning, and programming.
- Experience with vendor and contractor management.
What You Need to Start:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture track
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment.
- Ability to be flexible and willing to work with the team and support other services when needed.
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
Pay will be commensurate with level of experience.
