Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent quality and output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new product introductions.
- Support generation of assembly, test and ship work instructions.
- Conduct builds audits of turbine engine builds.
- Update instructions with engine manual revisions and process improvements.
- Assist Manufacturing team with work instruction conversions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 1+ years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with process modeling and simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- **Flexibility to support work first shift, second shift, possible post second shift, weekends and holidays is required. Overtime may be required.
- US Citizen/Green Card holder required due to ITAR restrictions.
