Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Design and implement process control systems to ensure consistent quality and output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new product introductions.
  • Support generation of assembly, test and ship work instructions.
  • Conduct builds audits of turbine engine builds.
  • Update instructions with engine manual revisions and process improvements.
  • Assist Manufacturing team with work instruction conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with process modeling and simulation software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • **Flexibility to support work first shift, second shift, possible post second shift, weekends and holidays is required. Overtime may be required.
  • US Citizen/Green Card holder required due to ITAR restrictions.
