We are a premier 3D visualization studio specializing in photorealistic architecture visualization of interiors and exteriors. As a creative 3D Agency, we focus on crafting high-end visual experiences, including 3D visualizations, animations, and virtual reality tailored for architecture and real estate marketing. Position Overview:

We seek a talented and experienced Senior Architectural CGI/3d Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a 3DS Max generalist passionate about crafting beautiful and bold visual compositions. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creatively produce visuals from initial composition to final post-production.
  • Continuously elevate creative output, seeking inspiration and making bold choices.
  • Interpreting and converting architectural designs into compelling visuals.
  • Thoroughly read and analyze architectural drawing sets and specifications.
  • Contribute to the studio's asset library and adopt new workflows and processes.
  • Lead and mentor within project teams, aiming to foster an environment of continuous development.

 

Essential Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in visualization, with a portfolio demonstrating broad artistic interests.
  • Advanced knowledge of 3DS Max, Vray, and Photoshop. Unreal Engine and Corona experience is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of image-making, design trends, and architectural concepts.
  • Proven ability to work on complex projects, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and/or Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in architecture or a related field is advantageous.

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital/technical illustration or concept art.
  • Generalist visualization skills, including excellent knowledge of V-Ray and Corona.
  • Adept at client engagement and visual storytelling, with a focus on creating engaging visual narratives.
  • Leadership experience, with the capability to mentor and guide a team.
