Executive Assistant/Media Industry

We have a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant!!! The Executive Assistant requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives and requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, analytical skills, and ability to work independently are required.

 

Will serve as part of an Executive Assistant team supporting the broader Ad Sales organization 

 

 

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, organize, and manage all logistics for high-level internal and external Fox News Ad Sales meetings, including catering, AV/IT needs, agendas, and printed materials ensuring flawless execution, in collaboration with internal partners and external clients 

Manage complex calendar requests, meeting invites, and conference room logistics

Prepare principal executive and larger Fox News Ad Sales team in advance of all meetings

Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items on behalf of key executives

Execute expense management activities in a timely manner ensuring expense reconciliation is current at all times

Manage all Fox News Ad Sales workflows that require approvals

Seamlessly manage all facets of complex domestic and international travel coordination, including the creation of detailed itineraries for executive  

Partner with onsite operational teams on office moves, team requests, etc

Identify internal and external approaches to solve problems in a creative and efficient way

Provide back-up support to the Executive Office as needed

Special projects as needed

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

2-3 years of media/advertising industry experience

Exemplary organizational skills to deliver flawless work output

Detail-oriented with a positive disposition with the keen ability to adapt to various situations in an ever-changing environment

Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor and a polished email style

Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, with the familiarity and comfort of Excel and PowerPoint

The ability to build a strong internal network and act as the unifier of the Fox News Ad Sales team

Comfort and confidence to interface with Ad Sales clients at the highest levels

High interest/experience in Ad Sales

Work well in a team environment while positively representing your executive

Ability to manage competing priorities with ease

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $21.40-38.46 per hour for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
