Design Sales Representative

As a Design Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with designers and architects to secure PK (Product Knowledge) appointments and showcase our company's projects. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, influencing their product choices, and ultimately driving sales for our design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Visits: Visit designers and architects target designers and architects to present our products to them. Identify key decision-makers within design firms and architectural practices.

2. Generating Leads: Actively seek out new leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. Identify potential clients and opportunities for collaboration.

3. Setting up PK Appointments: Initiate and schedule PK appointments with designers and architects. Communicate the value proposition of our products and services effectively to generate interest and commitment.

4. Showcasing Projects: Present our portfolio of projects and product offerings to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner. Demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles and how our solutions meet the needs of various projects.

5. Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with designers, architects, and other industry professionals. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing valuable insights, design recommendations, and technical expertise.

6. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Address any inquiries, concerns, or objections promptly and professionally. Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and secure repeat business.

7. Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to coordinate sales activities and support client needs. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the design or construction industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

- Knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction processes.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
