Main Responsibilities

This role is located in Holly Springs, NC. Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Support the categorization, prioritization and optimization of the UTL and HVAC system assets (equipment) by working within the CMMS system. Data will be pulled from SAP, compiled into Excel to aggregate a risk priority number (RPN) to associate with each asset (equipment) to then propose the recommended change needed to move each asset into the predictive maintenance category and the associated change management procedure.

• Verify all UTL/HVAC systems & components have FLOC established in SAP & update as necessary (this could also involve rearranging existing FLOC to a more sensible structure that allows easier data grouping/queries)

• Update equipment data in SAP for all UTL/HVAC components to match what is current as-built (e.g., manufacturer, model, serial no, etc)

• Search in Pi for all PID loops to make sure we have PV/SP/output historized for each loop; provide gap assessment and/or work with Automation to do ACRs to add what is missing.

• Work with technicians to start developing a troubleshooting guide (e.g., document our typical response/actions for routine PLC alarms)

• Audit of non-GMP alarms that interrupt skid operations; create log of "downtime" events, assign categorization, create pareto showing combo of downtime and number of alarms; we can use this to prioritize reliability solutions.

Qualifications:

• Seeking rising juniors and seniors, currently enrolled as a full-time student, pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Science, Biomanufacturing or related field

• GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of a 4.0 scale)

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
