Project Manager

Assisted Living Corp (https://www.assistedlivingmagazine.com) is a startup operating in a massive and rapidly growing market - the senior living industry, which is valued at $250B and only expanding.

We believe we have identified product-market fit and are now focused on rapid growth and making sure we seize the opportunity in front of us.

We are an in-person company based in New York City.

At Assisted Living Magazine, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, using the latest technologies and data-driven approaches to improve the way people find and choose senior living homes.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing creative production projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities:

  • Set project timelines, priorities, and deadlines
  • Organize all necessary requirements for the project
  • Staff, implement, and supervise the project with an evaluation
  • Delegate project roles/tasks accordingly
  • Monitor project deliverables
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
  • Act as the team’s ambassador and present campaigns when needed
  • Review the team’s output to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Solely manage financial aspects and client relationships of projects

Qualifications: 

  • 4 year Bachelor’s Degree
  • Primary experience on application development and implementation projects
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Focused when handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Fluency in spoken & written English
  • Excellent communication in both written and verbal
