Department Title: Undergrad Intern – Global Compensation
Location: The intern candidate must be able to commute into the Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, or St. Petersburg, FL office each week.
Position Summary:
Global Compensation plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing our compensation programs. Through market research and collaboration with clients across the organization, we ensure leaders have the tools needed to make compensation decisions and provide competitive compensation packages for their teams.

A Global Compensation Intern at Franklin Templeton can expect to learn:

Ideal Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data analysis and report preparation.
- Proficiency in Excel: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas and functions.

Compensation Range: This is a full-time internship where students will work approximately 37.5-40 hours per week and earn competitive hourly pay of $24-28 USD per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
