Finance Analyst

March 2018 • Orlando, FL

What I liked

I like the company profile, it has a high degree of innovation and greatly values cooperation, which are some values I share.

What I wish was different

I wish the employees were more open and sociable, due to the requirement for company and government secrecy most employees do not talk often.

Advice

Make sure you talk to people who worked here before about their personal experience before taking this on because they can offer a lot of knowledge before having you join and waste your time if you dislike it.

Data Analytics Intern

June 2017 - August 2018 • Denver, CO

What I liked

I enjoyed the people and support I received there. My manager and team were very helpful and kind in helping me and giving me the time to adapt. My manager was very accommodating in project choice and even location choice. Good work hours and work life balance.

What I wish was different

The HR process is slow. At times working was slow due to normal corporate processes and getting approval. They should do a better job matching projects with student talent from the beginning.

Advice

This is a very large company so be prepared to experience corporate culture. Some days can be very dull, while others very busy, but working in a cubicle/office may be a big part of your summer. Take initiative when you are there since things can be slow and if you want to do certain things you must take initiative.

What I wish was different
